The invention provides a suspo-emulsion formulation comprising defined
first and second compatible components, the first component acting
primarily as an oil emulsifier and secondarily as a particle dispersant,
and the second component acting primarily as a particle dispersant and
secondarily as an oil emulsifier. The invention enables the preparation of
stable suspo-emulsions containing a variety of active ingredients and
components and containing large quantities of oily components.
