The present invention relates to compounds of Formula (I):

wherein A.sup.1 is methylene, ethylene or propylene group and A.sup.2 is N
or CR.sup.5, or stereoisomeric forms, stereoisomeric mixtures, or
pharmaceutically acceptable salt forms thereof, which are useful as
inhibitors of HCV NS3 protease, and to pharmaceutical compositions and
diagnostic kits comprising the same, and methods of using the same for
treating viral infection or as an assay standard or reagent.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf Mitteln von Formel (i): ## STR1 ## worin A.sup.1 Methylen ist, ist Äthylen- oder Propylengruppe und A.sup.2 N oder CR.sup.5, oder stereoisomeric Formen, stereoisomeric Mischungen oder pharmazeutisch annehmbares Salz bildet sich davon, die als Hemmnisse HCV NS3 der Protease nützlich sind, und zum pharmazeutischen Aufbau und Diagnosezu den installationssätzen, die dasselbe enthalten, und zu den Methoden des Verwendens dasselbe für behandelnde Vireninfektion oder wie ein Probe Standard oder ein Reagens.
