The present invention is directed to an outsole for use with a shoe and a
shoe having an improved outsole. The outsole includes a forward portion
and a rearward portion that are connected by a ball-and-socket connection
that allows the portions to move freely. The outsole may include a
flexible member disposed between two pieces, for example, of the forward
portion to allow these pieces to flex freely. The outsole may be used with
a sole construction that includes a gel cushion that is adjacent a
transparent window member of the outsole.
Die anwesende Erfindung wird auf ein outsole für Gebrauch mit einem Schuh und einem Schuh verwiesen, die ein verbessertes outsole haben. Das outsole schließt einen Vorwärtsteil und einen rückwärtigen Teil ein, die durch einen Kugel-und-Einfaßung Anschluß angeschlossen werden, der die Teile sich frei bewegen läßt. Das outsole kann ein flexibles Mitglied einschließen, das zwischen zwei Stücken z.B. des Vorwärtsteils abgeschaffen wird, diese Stücke frei biegen zu lassen. Das outsole kann mit einem alleinigen Aufbau benutzt werden, der ein Gelkissen miteinschließt, das ein transparentes Fenstermitglied des outsole angrenzend ist.
