polycations function as carrier molecules that transport enhancer
molecules, thereby enhancing the biological effectiveness of the
transported molecules. The polycation bioconjugates of the present
invention may inhibit malignant cell proliferation, possess antimicrobial
effect, or be configured for gene transport.
