N-Substituted glucamine compounds of formula I are effective in treatment
of hepatitis infections, including hepatitis B and hepatitis C. In
treating hepatitis infections the compounds of formular I may be used
alone, or in combinatioin with another antiviral agent selected from among
nucleosides, nucleotides, immunomodulators, immunostimulants or various
combination of such other agents.
Οι n-Substituted ενώσεις glucamine του τύπου Ι είναι αποτελεσματικές στη θεραπεία των μολύνσεων ηπατίτιδας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ηπατίτιδας β και της ηπατίτιδας γ. Στη θεραπεία των μολύνσεων ηπατίτιδας οι ενώσεις formular μπορώ να χρησιμοποιηθώ μόνο, ή στο combinatioin με έναν άλλο ενάντιο στον ιό πράκτορα που επιλέγεται από μεταξύ των νουκλεοζιτών, των νουκλεοτιδών, των immunomodulators, immunostimulants ή του διάφορου συνδυασμού τέτοιων άλλων πρακτόρων.
