This invention relates to a heat-sealable laminate, comprising: a facestock
having an upper surface and a lower surface; a heat-activatable first
adhesive layer underlying the lower surface of the facestock; and a second
adhesive layer overlying the upper surface of the facestock, with the
proviso that the laminate is characterized by the absence of either an
adhesion promoting layer or an abrasion-resistant transparent coating
layer positioned between the upper surface of the facestock and the second
adhesive layer. These heat-sealable laminates may be used in providing
pictorial and/or print designs or messages (e.g., labels, decals, etc.)
that can be adhered to substrates (e.g., metal, plastic, leather, paper or
textile substrates) such as automotive interior surfaces, hard plastic
component parts, consumer durable goods, and the like.
Diese Erfindung bezieht auf einem heiß versiegelbaren Laminat und enthält: ein facestock, das eine Oberfläche und eine Unterseite hat; eine Hitze-activatable erste Klebstoffschicht zugrundeliegend die Unterseite des facestock; und eine zweite Klebstoffschicht, welche die Oberfläche des facestock, mit dem Vorbehalt überlagert, daß das Laminat durch das Fehlen entweder einer Adhäsion gekennzeichnet wird, die Schicht fördern oder einer Abnutzung-beständigen transparenten beschichtenden Schicht, die zwischen die Oberfläche des facestock und die zweite Klebstoffschicht in Position gebracht wird. Dieses heiß versiegelbare lamelliert kann verwendet werden, wenn es Illustriert- und/oder Druckdesigns oder Anzeigen zur Verfügung stellt (z.B., Aufkleber, Abziehbilder, usw..) das kann an den Substraten (z.B., Metall-, Plastik-, Leder-, Papier- oder Textilsubstrate) wie Automobilinnenoberflächen, harten Plastikbestandteilen, langlebigen Gütern des Verbrauchers und dergleichen gehaftet werden.
