An in-the-ear hearing aid comprises a plug (1) for arrangement in the ear
channel and having a shell-like wall facing the interior of the ear
channel and an exterior faceplate (2) which together define a generally
closed cavity (3), in which the individual components of the hearing aid
are arranged. An acoustical link in the form of a hose or tube piece (13)
is provided between an orifice (14) at the external side of the part of
the wall of the plug (1) facing the interior of the ear channel and the
residual volume (12) of the internal cavity of the plug (1) and forms
together with said residual volume (12) an approximated acoustical circuit
having a resonance frequency in the region of the first voice sound
formants of the user. Thereby a significantly reduces occlusion effect can
be obtained in a simple way in a completed hearing aid.
Una protesi acustica dell'in-$$$-ORECCHIO contiene una spina (1) per la disposizione nella scanalatura dell'orecchio e la a avere copertura-come la parete che affronta l'interiore della scanalatura dell'orecchio e di una piastra frontale esterna (2) che definiscono insieme una cavità generalmente chiusa (3), in cui i diversi componenti della protesi acustica sono organizzati. Un collegamento acustico sotto forma d'una parte del tubo o del tubo flessibile (13) è fornito fra un orifizio (14) sul lato esterno della parte della parete della spina (1) che affronta l'interiore della scanalatura dell'orecchio ed il volume residuo (12) della cavità interna della spina (1) e forma insieme a volume residuo detto (12) un circuito acustico approssimato a che ha una frequenza di risonanza nella regione dei formant sani di prima voce dell'utente. Quindi la a riduce significativamente l'effetto di occlusione può essere ottenuta in senso semplice in una protesi acustica completata.
