The present invention is directed to isolated nucleic acid molecules
encoding protein, wherein the protein has transcriptional activator
activity. Expression vectors and host cells comprising the nucleic acid
molecules are also provided, as well as methods for increasing or
decreasing the expression of the transcriptional activator protein in host
cells. The invention further provides methods of screening a substance for
the ability of the substance to modify, transcriptional activator protein
function, and a method for isolating other transcriptional activator
protein molecules.
Die anwesende Erfindung wird auf die lokalisierten Nukleinsäuremoleküle verwiesen, die Protein kodieren, worin das Protein transcriptional Aktivatortätigkeit hat. Ausdruck Vektoren und die Wirtszellen, welche die Nukleinsäuremoleküle enthalten, werden auch, sowie Methoden für die Erhöhung oder das Verringern des Ausdruckes des transcriptional Aktivatorproteins in den Wirtszellen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die weitere Erfindung stellt Methoden des Aussortierens einer Substanz für die Fähigkeit der Substanz zu ändern, der transcriptional Aktivatorproteinfunktion und der Methode für das Lokalisieren anderer transcriptional Aktivator-Proteinmoleküle zur Verfügung.
