A subject of the invention is a method for transformation of polyolefin
wastes into hydrocarbons and a plant for carrying thereof. According to
the method, disintegrated polyolefin raw material is subjected in a
reactor to the progressive heating to the temperature below 600.degree. C.
together with a catalyst chosen from a group comprising cements, heavy
metal silicates and resinates and mixtures thereof, where a catalyst is
used in an amount below 30% b.w., preferably in an amount of 5-10 % b.w.,
calculated on the weight of the polyolefin raw material. A plant for
transformation of polyolefin wastes into hydrocarbons, comprises a reactor
in a shape of a vertical tank provided with a heating system in a form of
a combustion chamber (8) surrounding a tank from below and the chamber (8)
is heated with at least one burner (9), supplied with reaction products,
and in the combustion chamber, symmetrically distributed on a tank
circumference, preferably in some rows, heating pipes (10) are located,
which pass throughout inside of the tank above the level of an upper edge
of a mixer (6) and which are led out through sieve membrane (7) to the
combustion gases outlet chamber.
Un argomento di invenzione è un metodo per trasformazione degli sprechi della poliolefina negli idrocarburi ed in una pianta per trasportare di ciò. Secondo il metodo, la materia prima disintegrata della poliolefina è sottoposta in un reattore al heating progressivo alla temperatura sotto 600.degree. C. insieme ad un catalizzatore scelto da un gruppo che contiene i cementi, silicati del metallo pesante e resinati e loro miscugli, dove un catalizzatore è usato in una quantità inferiore a 30% b.w., preferibilmente in una quantità di 5-10 % di b.w., calcolata sul peso della materia prima della poliolefina. Una pianta per trasformazione degli sprechi della poliolefina negli idrocarburi, contiene un reattore in una figura di un carro armato verticale fornito di un sistema di riscaldamento in una forma di una camera di combustione (8) che circonda un carro armato da sotto e l'alloggiamento (8) è riscaldato con almeno un bruciatore (9), fornito con i prodotti di reazione e nella camera di combustione, distribuita simmetricamente su una circonferenza del carro armato, preferibilmente in alcune file, condotti termici (10) è situato, che passano dappertutto all'interno del carro armato sopra il livello di un bordo superiore di un miscelatore (6) e che sono condotti fuori tramite la membrana del setaccio (7) all'alloggiamento della presa dei gas di combustione.
