A vehicle having a tire pressure adjusting device for regulating the
pressure of tires which has a valve arrangement between a compressed air
source and the tires is described. To reduce the energy expenditure
required for filling the tires and to be able to keep the filling pressure
as low as possible, the turbocharger of the vehicle engine serves as the
compressed air source. The charge air channel of the turbocharger is
connected with the valve arrangement.
