A method of manufacturing patterned magnetic or magneto-optical (MO)
recording media, comprising steps of:
(a) providing a workpiece including a substrate for a magnetic or
magneto-optical (MO) recording medium, the workpiece including at least
one major surface of hydrophilic character;
(b) providing a liquid composition comprising a resist or thermoplastic
polymer material, adapted for substantially complete wetting of the at
least one major surface of the workpiece;
(c) forming a layer of the resist or thermoplastic polymer material on the
at least one major surface of the workpiece, comprising applying a thin
layer of the liquid composition to the at least one major surface of the
workpiece; and
(d) patterning the at least one major surface of the workpiece utilizing
the layer of the resist or thermoplastic polymer material.
Eine Methode der Herstellung patterned die magnetischen oder Magnetoptik Mittel der Aufnahme (MO) und enthält Schritte von: (a) Zur Verfügung stellen eines Werkstückes einschließlich ein Substrat für ein magnetisches oder Magnetoptik Mittel der Aufnahme (MO), das Werkstück einschließlich mindestens eine Hauptoberfläche hydrophilen Buchstaben; (b) Zur Verfügung stellen eines flüssigen Aufbaus, der widerstehen oder thermoplastisches ein Polymer-Plastik Material, angepaßt für im wesentlichen kompletten Wetting der mindestens einer Hauptoberfläche des Werkstückes enthält; (c) Formung einer Schicht widerstehen oder thermoplastischen des Polymer-Plastik Materials auf der mindestens einer Hauptoberfläche des Werkstückes, enthalten, eine Dünnschicht des flüssigen Aufbaus an der mindestens einer Hauptoberfläche des Werkstückes anwendend; und (d) patterning die mindestens eine Hauptoberfläche des Werkstückes, welches die Schicht widerstehen oder thermoplastischen des Polymer-Plastik Materials verwendet.
