A system/method of establishing a two-way communication system between a
testing/manufacturing site and a component vendor is disclosed. The system
allows the test results related to a component failure to be immediately
available to a vendor by allowing the vendor password protected access to
a product database that contains information regarding the product being
tested. The system automatically alerts the vendor associated with the
defective component, and allows the vendor to download the vendor's
failure analysis report to the product database as soon as it becomes
available. Upon receipt of the vendor's failure analysis report, the
appropriate testing/manufacturing personnel are notified.
Ein system/method des Herstellens eines Zweiwegkommunikationssystems zwischen einem testing/manufacturing Aufstellungsort und einem Teilverkäufer wird freigegeben. Das System erlaubt die Testergebnisse, die auf einer Teilstörung, für einen Verkäufer sofort vorhanden zu sein bezogen werden, indem es den geschützten Zugang des Verkäufers Kennwort zu einer Produktdatenbank erlaubt, die die Informationen betreffend sind das Produkt enthält, das geprüft wird. Das System alarmiert automatisch den Verkäufer, der mit dem defekten Bestandteil verbunden ist und erlaubt dem Verkäufer, den Ausfall-Analyse Report des Verkäufers zur Produktdatenbank zu downloaden, sobald es vorhanden wird. Bei Empfang von dem Ausfall-Analyse Report des Verkäufers wird das passende testing/manufacturing Personal mitgeteilt.
