An extrusion molding apparatus for forming a product having an extrusion
molding. The extrusion molding apparatus includes an extruder extruding
the product through a die installed at an outlet of the extruder. A second
inlet is formed at one side of the die to receive a second synthetic
resin. A second extruder feeds the second synthetic resin into the second
inlet and a passage in fluid communication with the second inlet. The
passage transports the second synthetic resin to nozzle grooves formed in
the die, thereby coating the second synthetic resin on a surface of the
product extruded from the die having a first synthetic resin.
Un aparato del moldeado de protuberancia para formar un producto que tiene un moldeado de protuberancia. El aparato del moldeado de protuberancia incluye un estirador que saca el producto a través de un dado instalado en un enchufe del estirador. Una segunda entrada se forma en un lado del dado para recibir una segunda resina sintética. Un segundo estirador alimenta la segunda resina sintética en la segunda entrada y un paso en la comunicación flúida con la segunda entrada. El paso transporta la segunda resina sintética para equipar con inyector los surcos formados en el dado, de tal modo cubriendo la segunda resina sintética en una superficie del producto sacó del dado que tiene una primera resina sintética.
