The present invention is directed to a compound of general formula (I),

wherein R.sup.1 is selected from phenyl, pyridinyl, thiophenyl, furanyl,
imidazolyl; each phenyl ring and heteroaromatic ring optionally and
independently being further substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected
from straight and branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3,
C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy, chloro, fluoro, bromo, and iodo, as well as their
pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The invention includes pharmaceutical
compositions comprising these compounds and the use of the compounds in
therapy, in particular in the management of pain.
Die anwesende Erfindung wird auf ein Mittel allgemeiner Formel (i), ## STR1 ## verwiesen, worin R.sup.1 vom Phenyl, pyridinyl, thiophenyl, furanyl, imidazolyl vorgewählt wird; jeder Phenyl- Ring und heteroaromatic Ring beliebig und unabhängig weiter, ersetzend durch 1, 2 oder 3 Substituenten vorgewählt von gerade und ausgebrittenes C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 Alkyl, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 alkoxy, Chlor-, fluoro, bromo und iodo, sowie ihre pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze. Die Erfindung schließt den pharmazeutischen Aufbau ein, der diese Mittel und den Gebrauch von den Mitteln in der Therapie, insbesondere im Management der Schmerz enthält.
