A boot of the type having an upper equipped with a lacing zone, a tongue
located under the lacing zone and a gaiter fixed to the upper edge of the
upper. The gaiter is made of an extensible material, and it is fixed along
the upper edge of the tongue of the upper. Advantageously, the tongue is
equipped at its upper end with an extensible pocket for storing the lacing
system.
