A procedure for hemostasis and blood management, particularly for
cardiovascular procedures, provides: sampling instructions, i.e., when to
draw blood samples and how to pre-treat the blood samples, a decision tree
to assist the interpretation of hemostasis analysis results allowing for
the identification of various coagulopathies, and treatment suggestions
related to the hemostasis analysis results. The analysis, interpretation
and identification may be conducted by a suitably programmed computer.
Een procedure voor hemostasis en bloedbeheer, in het bijzonder voor cardiovasculaire procedures, verstrekt: de bemonsterings instructies, d.w.z., wanneer om bloedsteekproeven te trekken en hoe te om de bloedsteekproeven vooraf te behandelen, een besluitboom om de interpretatie van hemostasisanalyse bij te staan vloeit toestaand voor de identificatie van diverse coagulopathies voort, en behandelingssuggesties met betrekking tot de resultaten van de hemostasisanalyse. De analyse, de interpretatie en de identificatie kunnen door een geschikt geprogrammeerde computer worden geleid.
