An arrangement is provided for matching a routed call to an agent
workstation. An agent working at an agent station of a call center enters
an agent ID when the agent answers a routed call. The routed call is
therefore associated with the agent ID. The agent ID is encoded into DTMF
tones which is detected by a telephony server so that the encoded agent ID
can be extracted. The extracted agent ID is then sent to a browser server.
The agent ID is then used by the browser server to identify a workstation
that is represented by the same agent ID by matching the received agent ID
with the workstation.
Um arranjo é fornecido combinando uma chamada distribuída a uma estação de trabalho do agente. Um agente que trabalha em uma estação do agente de um centro da chamada entra em um agente ID quando o agente responde a uma chamada distribuída. A chamada distribuída é associada conseqüentemente com o agente ID. O agente ID é codificado em tons de DTMF que é detectado por um usuário do telephony de modo que o agente codificado ID possa ser extraído. O agente extraído ID é emitido então a um usuário do browser. O agente ID é usado então pelo usuário do browser identificar uma estação de trabalho que seja representada pelo mesmo agente ID combinando o agente recebido ID com a estação de trabalho.
