The compress is of the type including a contact surface with the wound or
burn which has an elastomeric matrix highly plasticized with a non-polar
oil or grease, the elastomeric matrix containing a hydrocolloid in
dispersion. The elastomeric matrix also contains, in dispersion, at least
one antiseptic and at least one surfactant with a hydrophilic/lipophilic
balance (HLB) greater than 10. The invention is applicable particularly to
compresses and dressings.
Die Kompresse ist von der Art einschließlich eine Kontaktfläche mit der Wunde oder dem Brand, die eine elastomere Matrix hat, die in hohem Grade mit einem apolaren Öl oder einem Fett, die elastomere Matrix plastifiziert wird, die ein hydrokolloidales in der Zerstreuung enthält. Die Erfindung ist besonders zu den Kompressen und zu den Behandlungen anwendbar.
