An inhibitor composition of Helicobacter pylori adhesion in the stomach
comprises (1) anti-urease antibodies obtained from eggs laid by hens which
have been immunized against H. pylori urease and (2) an inhibitor of
gastric acid secretion. This inhibitor is capable of completely
eliminating H. pylori from the stomach, so it is useful for the prevention
or treatment of diseases caused by infection of H. pylori such as peptic
ulcers.
