A method for desalting nutritional supplements with animal protein, and a
method for regenerating the ion exchange resin used in the desalting
process are provided. The desalting method includes: (1) setting up a
first, and a second columns containing strongly acidic cation exchange
resin, and strongly basic anion exchange resin respectively; (2) passing
the nutritional supplement, predetermined temperature and volume, through
the first column to exchange sodium ions in the supplement for the
cations, and thruogh the second column to exchange the anions; and (3)
concentrating the nutritional supplement. The regenerating method
includes: (1) passing water through first and second columns in a opposite
direciton of the supplement (2) passing sodium hydroxide solution through
the first column; (3) passing water, and hydrochloric acid through the
first column in the origimal direction of the supplement separately; (4)
passing water through the first column in the original, and the opposite
direction separately; (5) passing hydrochloric acid thruogh the second
column; (6) passing water, and sodium hydroxide solution through the
second column in the original direction separately; and, (7) passing water
through the second column in both of the directions separately.
Um método para suplementos nutritivos ao desalting com proteína animal, e um método para regenerar a resina da troca de íon usada no processo do desalting são fornecidos. O método do desalting inclui: (1) ajustando acima um primeiro, e segundas colunas que contêm a resina fortemente acidic da troca de cation, e a resina fortemente básica da troca de anion respectivamente; (2) passando o suplemento nutritivo, a temperatura predeterminada e o volume, através da primeira coluna para trocar íons do sodium no suplemento pelos cations, e pelo thruogh a segunda coluna para trocar os anions; e (3) concentrando o suplemento nutritivo. O método regenerar inclui: (1) passando a água completamente primeiramente e as segundas colunas em um direciton oposto do suplemento (2) que passa a solução do hydroxide do sodium através da primeira coluna; (3) passando a água, e ácido hydrochloric através da primeira coluna no sentido origimal do suplemento separada; (4) passando a água através da primeira coluna no original, e o sentido oposto separada; (5) passando a thruogh do ácido hydrochloric a segunda coluna; (6) passando a água, e a solução do hydroxide do sodium através da segunda coluna no sentido original separada; e, (7) passando a água através da segunda coluna em ambos os sentidos separada.
