A novel stationary exercise bicycle and method for exercising on that
bicycle is disclosed. The novel bicycle, comprising a frame having front
and rear sockets, a seat mounted into the rear socket, and a handlebar
mounted in the front socket, can advantageously be adjusted so that a
rider can adopt different riding positions to simulate outdoor bicycle
riding conditions.
