A method for making transistors comprises depositing source electrode and
drain electrode features onto a substrate through a single aperture in a
stationary shadow mask, said aperture having at least two opposing edges;
wherein the shapes of the features are defined by the aperture and
location of source materials in relation to the substrate.
Un metodo per fare i transistori contiene le caratteristiche depositanti dell'elettrodo di fonte e dell'elettrodo dello scolo su un substrato attraverso una singola apertura in una mascherina stazionaria dell'ombra, apertura detta che ha almeno due bordi avversari; in cui le figure delle caratteristiche sono definite dall'apertura e dalla posizione delle materie grezze rispetto al substrato.
