The curable coating compositions of the invention comprise a particulate
component having at least one binder component (a) which is a solid at
75.degree. F./24.degree. C., and an additive component (b). The curable
coating compositions further comprise a crosslinking component (c)
reactive with the at least one binder component (a). Additive component
(b) has from 12 to 72 carbon atoms, is substantially free of any
heteroatoms, is not a crystalline solid at 75.degree. F./24.degree. C. and
comprises a mixture of two or more structures selected from the group
consisting of aliphatic structures for additive component (b),
aromatic-containing structures for additive component (b),
cycloaliphatic-containing structures for additive component (b), and
mixtures thereof, wherein at least one of the two or more structures is
either a cycloaliphatic-containing structure or an aromatic-containing
structure. The curable coating compositions are useful as powder coating
compositions and powder slurry coating compositions having improved
application and/or performance properties.
As composições revestindo curable da invenção compreendem um componente particulate que tem ao menos um componente da pasta (a) que é um sólido em 75.degree. F./24.degree. C., e um componente aditivo (b). As composições revestindo curable compreendem mais mais um componente crosslinking (c) reactive com o ao menos um componente da pasta (a). O C. e compreende uma mistura de dois ou mais estruturas selecionadas do grupo que consiste nas estruturas aliphatic para o componente aditivo (b), aromatic-contendo as estruturas para o componente aditivo (b), cycloaliphatic-contendo estruturas para o componente aditivo (b), e misturas disso, wherein ao menos uma de os dois ou mais estruturas é uma estrutura cycloaliphatic-contendo ou uma estrutura aromatic-contendo. As composições revestindo curable são úteis como as composições revestindo do pó e as composições revestindo da pasta do pó que melhoram propriedades da aplicação e/ou do desempenho.
