The invention relates to novel 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives
of formula (I) and related compounds and their use as active ingredients
in the preparation of pharmaceutical compositions. The invention also
concerns related aspects including processes for the preparation of the
compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing one or more of those
compounds and especially their use as neurohormonal antagonists especially
urotensin II antagonists.
De uitvinding heeft op nieuwe derivaten 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline van formule (I) en verwante samenstellingen en hun gebruik betrekking als actieve ingrediënten in de voorbereiding van farmaceutische samenstellingen. De uitvinding betreft ook verwante aspecten met inbegrip van processen voor de voorbereiding van de samenstellingen, farmaceutische samenstellingen die één of meer van die samenstellingen en vooral hun gebruik bevat als urotensin II van neurohormonalantagonisten vooral antagonisten.
