The present medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, comprises: a
supporting base material; and an adhesive layer laminated directly or
indirectly on the supporting base material, wherein the supporting base
material contains: 1 to 50 parts by weight of at least one selected from
the group consisting of a fatty acid, a fatty acid ester, a fatty acid
amide, a higher alcohol, and a metal soap; and 100 parts by weight of at
least one resin selected from the group consisting of an olefin
thermoplastic elastomer, a styrene thermoplastic elastomer, and a
polyester thermoplastic elastomer.
