The present invention relates to a ternary glucosyl complex which is a
bioprecursor of at least one retinoic active ingredient for percutaneous
application, having formula (I), wherein E represents a linear hydrocarbon
spacer group that is branched or cyclized and has an aliphatic or aromatic
content capable of containing one or several heteroatoms of oxygen and
carrying one or several carbonyl groups; A represents a radical of a
molecule of said retinoic active ingredient linked to the spacer group by
a carboxylate function and n=1 or 2.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf einem dreifachen Glukosyl- Komplex, der ein bioprecursor von mindestens einer retinoic Aktivsubstanz für perkutane Anwendung ist und hat Formel (i), worin E eine lineare Kohlenwasserstoffdistanzscheibe Gruppe darstellt, die ausgebritten wird oder cyclized und einen aliphatischen oder aromatischen Inhalt hat, der zum Enthalten von von einen oder einigen heteroatoms Sauerstoff und zum Tragen von von einen oder einigen Karbonylgruppen fähig ist; A stellt ein Radikal eines Moleküls der besagten retinoic Aktivsubstanz dar, die mit der Distanzscheibe Gruppe durch eine Karboxylatfunktion und ein n=1 oder 2 verbunden wird.
