The invention relates to a method of preparing cooked rice, comprising
steaming raw rice having a water content of less than 30% by weight and
then boiling the steamed rice, to cooked rice prepared according to the
present method, and to cooked rice types comprising the cooked rice.
L'invenzione riguarda un metodo di preparazione del riso cucinato, contenendo cocendo a vapore il riso grezzo che ha un contenuto idrico più meno di di 30% di peso ed allora che bolle il riso cotto a vapore, a riso cucinato preparato secondo il metodo attuale ed ai tipi cucinati del riso che contengono il riso cucinato.
