The present invention discloses a complex of clay and polyoxyalkylene amine
grafted polypropylene and a method for producing the same. The clay in the
present invention is formed by modifying inorganic layered silicate clay
with an amphibious intercalating agent obtained by polymerizing
polyoxyalkylene amine having molecular weight over 1,800 and
polypropylene-grafting-maleic anhydride (PP-g-MA). The method for
producing the complex is primarily to polymerize the polyoxyalkylene
diamine having molecular weight over 1,800 and
polypropylene-grafting-maleic anhydride (PP-g-MA) to form an amphibious
intercalating agent, which is then acidified with an inorganic acid, and
mixed with the swelled clay by powerfully stirring at 60-80.degree. C. for
cation exchanging to obtain the titled complex. According to the present
invention, the complex is an excellent surfactant and a reinforcing agent
of polymers.
La actual invención divulga un complejo de la arcilla y del polypropylene injertado amina del polyoxyalkylene y un método para producir igual. La arcilla en la actual invención es formada modificando la arcilla acodada inorgánica del silicato con un agente que intercala anfibio obtenido polimerizando la amina del polyoxyalkylene que tiene peso molecular sobre 1.800 y anhídrido polypropylene-injertar-polypropylene-grafting-maleic (PP-g-MA). El método para producir el complejo es sobre todo polimerizar la diamina del polyoxyalkylene que tiene peso molecular sobre 1.800 y anhídrido polypropylene-injertar-polypropylene-grafting-maleic (PP-g-MA) para formar un agente que intercala anfibio, que entonces se acidifica con un ácido inorgánico, y es mezclado con la arcilla hinchada de gran alcance revolviendo en 60-80.degree. C. para el catión que intercambia para obtener el complejo titulado. Según la actual invención, el complejo es un surfactant excelente y un agente que refuerza de polímeros.
