Antisense compounds, compositions and methods are provided for modulating
the expression of PPP3R1. The compositions comprise antisense compounds,
particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids
encoding PPP3R1. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of PPP3R1
expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of
PPP3R1 are provided.
Antisense samenstellingen, de samenstellingen en de methodes worden verstrekt voor het moduleren van de uitdrukking van PPP3R1. De samenstellingen bestaan uit antisense samenstellingen, in het bijzonder antisense oligonucleotides, die aan nucleic zuren wordt gericht die PPP3R1 coderen. De methodes om deze samenstellingen voor modulatie van uitdrukking PPP3R1 en voor behandeling van ziekten te gebruiken verbonden aan uitdrukking van PPP3R1 worden verstrekt.
