The present invention relates to a cellulose-containing fibrous material,
wherein hydroxy groups were oxidized at the C(6) of glucose units of the
cellulose into aldehyde and/or carboxy groups, a paper or nonwoven
(product) made therefrom, in particular tissue (products) and a process
for their manufacture. The paper or nonwoven (products) of the invention
display excellent strength properties.
A invenção atual relaciona-se a um material fibrous celulose-contendo, wherein os grupos hydroxy foram oxidados no C(6) de unidades de glucose da celulose no aldeído e/ou nos grupos do carboxy, um papel ou o nonwoven (produto) fêz therefrom, no tecido particular (produtos) e em um processo para sua manufatura.
