The present invention relates to certain substituted polyketides of formula

wherein A, B and C are as defined herein, pharmaceutical compositions
containing said compounds, and the use of said compounds in treating
tumors.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf bestimmten ersetzten polyketides von Formel I, ## STR1 von ##, worin A, B und C sind, wie hierin definiert, von pharmazeutischem Aufbau, der besagte Mittel enthalten, und von Gebrauch der besagten Mittel, wenn sie Tumoren behandelt.
