1. A peptide derivative represented by the following formula (1) or a salt
thereof;

wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group, R.sup.2 is hydrogen atom
or hydroxy group and n is an integer of 1-8, provided that R.sup.1 is
hydrogen atom when R.sup.2 is hydrogen atom, which has specific and high
binding affinity with the .mu.-opioid receptor.

Eine Peptidableitung dargestellt durch die folgende Formel (1) oder ein Salz davon; ## STR1 ## worin R.sup.1 Wasserstoffatom oder Methyl- Gruppe ist, ist R.sup.2 Wasserstoffatom, oder Hydroxyl- Gruppe und n ist eine Ganzzahl von 1-8, vorausgesetzt daß R.sup.1 Wasserstoffatom ist, wenn R.sup.2 Wasserstoffatom ist, das spezifische und Höhe verbindliche Affinität mit dem mu.-opioid Empfänger hat.
