The invention relates to a process for the preparation of esters of
(meth)acrylic acid by (trans)esterifying (meth)acrylic acid or its ester
derivatives with monohydric or polyhydric alcohols in the presence of an
acidic (trans)esterification catalyst, wherein said process after the
formation of the esters of (meth)acrylic acid further comprises reacting
remaining acid groups with one or more component(s), wherein at least one
component forms with at least said catalyst an ester compound not having a
.beta.-hydroxy group or forms an amid compound. The component that reacts
with the acidic (trans)esterification catalyst preferably is selected from
the group consisting of an oxetane component or derivative, an ortho-ester
component, an alcohol component or any mixture thereof.
Die Erfindung bezieht auf einem Prozeß für die Vorbereitung der Ester von (meth)acrylic Säure vorbei (trans)esterifying (meth)acrylic Säure oder seine Esterableitungen mit monohydratischem oder Polywasserstoffspiritus in Anwesenheit eines säurehaltigen (trans)esterification Katalysator, worin besagter Prozeß nachdem die Anordnung der Ester von (die meth)acrylic weitere Säure enthält das Reagieren der restlichen sauren Gruppen mit einem oder mehr Bestandteil, worin mindestens ein Bestandteil mit mindestens besagtem Katalysator ein Estermittel bildet, das nicht eine beta.-Hydroxyl- Gruppe hat oder unter Mittel bildet. Der Bestandteil, der mit dem säurehaltigen reagiert (trans)esterification Katalysator vorzugsweise, wird von der Gruppe vorgewählt, die aus einem oxetane Bestandteil oder einer Ableitung bestehen, von einem Orthoester Bestandteil, von einem Spiritusbestandteil oder von jeder möglicher Mischung davon.
