Please see paper copy] R.sub.1 is selected from any one of phenyl,
pyridinyl, pyrrolyl, thienyl, furanyl, imidazolyl, triazolyl, and pyridine
N-oxide; where each R.sub.1 phenyl ring and R.sub.1 heteroaromatic ring
may optionally and independently be further substituted by 1,2 or 3
substituents selected from straight and branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl,
NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkoxy, chloro, fluoro, bromo, and
iodo. The substitutions on the phenyl ring and on the heteroaromatic ring
may take place in any position on said ring systems; are disclosed and
claimed in the present application, as well as their pharmaceutically
acceptable salts and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the novel
compounds and their use in therapy, in particular in the management of
pain, anxiety and functional gastrointestinal disorders.

Sehen Sie bitte, daß Papierkopie ] R.sub.1 von irgendeinem des Phenyls, des pyridinyl, des Pyrrolyls, des thienyl, des furanyl, des imidazolyl, des triazolyl und des Pyridin N-Oxids vorgewählt wird; wo jeder Phenyl- Ring R.sub.1 und heteroaromatic Ring R.sub.1 kann durch 1.2 oder 3 Substituenten vorgewählt worden von gerade und ausgebrittenes C.sub.1 beliebig und unabhängig weiter ersetzt werden - C.sub.6 Alkyl, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 alkoxy, Chlor-, fluoro, bromo und iodo. Der Ersatz auf dem Phenyl- Ring und auf dem heteroaromatic Ring kann in jeder möglicher Position auf besagten Ringsystemen stattfinden; werden in der anwesenden Anwendung, sowie ihre pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Salze und pharmazeutischen Aufbau freigegeben und behauptet, welche die Romanmittel und ihren Gebrauch in der Therapie, insbesondere im Management der Schmerz, der Angst und der gastro-intestinalen funktionellstörungen enthalten.
