The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-calcitonin 11, the
polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by
recombinant DNA technology. The present invention further discloses a
method using the polypeptide to treat various disorders, e.g. malignant
neoplasm, hematopathy, HIV infection and immunological disease and various
inflammation etc. The present invention also discloses agonists of the
polypeptide and their therapeutic uses. The present invention further
discloses the use of the polynucleotide encoding the new calcitonin 11.
Die anwesende Erfindung gibt ein neues Polypeptid-calcitonin 11, das polynucleotide frei, das es kodieren und eine Methode, das Polypeptid durch recombinant DNA Technologie produzierend. Die anwesende weitere Erfindung gibt eine Methode mit dem Polypeptid, verschiedene Störungen, z.B. bösartiges Neoplasma, hematopathy, HIV Infektion und immunologische Krankheit- und verschiedeneentzündung usw. zu behandeln frei. Die anwesende Erfindung gibt auch Agonists des Polypeptids und ihres therapeutischen Gebrauches frei. Die anwesende Erfindung, die weiter ist, gibt den Gebrauch des polynucleotide frei, welches das neue calcitonin 11 kodiert.
