The present invention relates to compounds of formulas 1 and 2

wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7, R.sup.8,
R.sup.10 and Z are as defined herein. The present invention also relates
to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds and to
methods of treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer, in a
mammal by administering the above compounds.
