A tape surface strain inspecting apparatus which optically inspects a
surface of a tape and surface strain of the tape is characterized by being
provided with a light emitting device emitting a light on the surface of
the tape and forming a linear image which slants at a predetermined angle
for a tape width direction of the tape, an image taking device taking the
image formed on the surface of the tape, an image inspecting means
investigating an edge linearity of an image taken by said image taking
device, and a strain discriminating means discriminating largeness of
surface strain of the tape based on an inspection result by the image
inspecting means.
Une contrainte de surface de bande inspectant l'appareil qui inspecte optiquement une surface d'une contrainte de bande et de surface de la bande est caractérisée en étant équipé de dispositif d'émission léger émettant une lumière sur la surface de la bande et formant une image linéaire qui s'incline à un angle prédéterminé pour une direction de largeur de bande de la bande, d'une image prenant le dispositif prenant l'image formée sur la surface de la bande, des moyens d'inspection d'une image étudiant une linéarité de bord d'une image prise par ladite image prenant le dispositif, et des moyens distinguants d'une contrainte distinguant la taille de la contrainte extérieure de la bande basée sur un résultat d'inspection par les moyens d'inspection d'image.
