A process for producing isobutylene and methanol comprising: a first step
of subjecting methyl-tert-butyl ether to decomposition in the presence of
a catalyst to obtain a reaction liquid; a second step of washing the
resultant with water to separate the reaction liquid into an oil layer and
an aqueous layer; a third step of subjecting the oil layer to distillation
to obtain a fraction containing isobutylene and a dialkyl ether from the
top of a distillation column, a fraction containing methyl-tert-butyl
ether and the heavy components from the bottom of the column and a
fraction containing methyl-tert-butyl ether from a side cut of the column,
and recycling the side cut fraction to the first step; and a fourth step
of subjecting the aqueous layer to distillation to obtain a fraction
containing methanol from the top of a distillation column and a fraction
containing water from the bottom of the column.
Een proces om isobutyleen en methanol te produceren bestaand uit: een eerste stap van het onderwerpen van methyl-tert-methyl-tert-butyl ether aan decompositie in aanwezigheid van een katalysator om een reactievloeistof te verkrijgen; een tweede stap van het wassen van de resultante met water om de reactievloeistof in een olielaag en een waterige laag te scheiden; een derde stap van het onderwerpen van de olielaag aan distillatie om een fractie isobutyleen en een dialkyl ether bevatten uit de bovenkant van een distillatiekolom, een fractie methyl-tert-methyl-tert-butyl ether en de zware componenten van de bodem van de kolom bevatten en een fractie te verkrijgen die methyl-tert-methyl-tert-butyl ether van een zijbesnoeiing van de kolom bevatten, en de zijbesnoeiingsfractie recycleren aan de eerste stap; en een vierde stap van het onderwerpen van de waterige laag aan distillatie om een fractie methanol bevatten uit de bovenkant van een distillatiekolom en een fractie te verkrijgen die water van de bodem van de kolom bevatten.
