The subject invention pertains to nucleic acid constructs for
post-transcriptional control of expression of a ploynucleotide encoding a
protein in a eukaryotic cell, wherein the constructs include a metabolite
responsive instability element such as the glucose-regulated mRNA
instability element. The subject invention further pertains to host cells
and vectors comprising the nucleic acid constructs of the invention, as
well as probes, methods, and kits for detecting metabolite responsive
instability elements or mutations thereof.
Die vorbehaltliche Erfindung betrifft Nukleinsäurekonstruieren zur Pfosten-transcriptional Steuerung des Ausdruckes eines ploynucleotide, das ein Protein in einer eukaryotic Zelle kodiert, worin das Konstruieren ein entgegenkommendes Instabilitätelement des Stoffwechselprodukts wie das Glukose-regulierte mRNA Instabilitätelement einschließt. Die vorbehaltliche Erfindung, die weiter ist, betrifft die Wirtszellen und Vektoren, die das Nukleinsäurekonstruieren von der Erfindung, sowie Prüfspitzen, von den Methoden und von den Installationssätzen für das Ermitteln der entgegenkommenden Instabilitätelemente des Stoffwechselprodukts oder der Veränderungen davon enthalten.
