A compound of formula (I) or a salt thereof, or a solvate thereof,
wherein: X represents oxygen, sulphur, or NR.sub.b; Y and Z each
independently represent nitrogen, CH, CR.sub.1 or CR.sub.2; A represents
an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group or an unsubstituted or
substituted heterocyclyl group; R.sub.a represents --C(O)NR.sub.sR.sub.t;
R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each independently represents hydrogen or specific
substituents; and the use of such a compound in the treatment and/or
prophylaxis of diseases associated with over activity of osteoclasts in
mammals.
Ein Mittel von Formel (i) oder von Salz davon oder ein solvate davon, worin: X stellt Sauerstoff, Schwefel oder NR.sub.b dar; Y und Z jedes stellen unabhängig Stickstoff, CH, CR.sub.1 oder CR.sub.2 dar; A stellt eine nicht ersetzte oder ersetzte Aryl- Gruppe oder eine nicht ersetzte oder ersetzte heterocyclyl Gruppe dar; R.sub.a stellt -- C(O)NR.sub.sR.sub.t dar; R.sub.1 und R.sub.2 jedes stellt unabhängig Wasserstoff oder spezifische Substituenten dar; und der Gebrauch solch eines Mittels in der Behandlung und/oder die Prophylaxis von Krankheiten verbanden mit Übertätigkeit von osteoclasts in den Säugetieren.
