An instrumented structure is combined with real time environmental and
weather information. The data from the structure is monitored via the
Internet or another communications system. That information together with
historical, analytical and the other relevant data in environmental events
influencing the infrastructure are used to determine thresholds. When a
threshold is passed the system automatically notifies a user who can then
remotely access the real time events and measurements. The user can have
real time relevant information to react to any emergency.
Eine instrumented Struktur wird mit Realzeitklima- und Wetterinformationen kombiniert. Die Daten von der Struktur werden über das Internet oder ein anderes Kommunikationssystem überwacht. Diese Informationen zusammen mit historischem, analytischem und die anderen relevanten Daten in den Klimafällen, welche die Infrastruktur beeinflussen, werden verwendet, um Schwellen festzustellen. Wenn eine Schwelle geführt wird, teilt das System automatisch einen Benutzer mit, der die Realzeitfälle und die Maße dann entfernt zugänglich machen kann. Der Benutzer kann die relevanten Informationen der Realzeit haben, zum zu jeder möglicher Dringlichkeit zu reagieren.
