The object of the present invention is to provide a lipid membrane whose
permeability to substances is high and strongly correlated with the
permeability of biomembranes to drugs and which therefore is suitable for
rapid measurement. The present invention provides a membrane comprising an
unsaturated C.sub.7 -C.sub.9 hydrocarbon and a lipid.
L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir une membrane de lipide dont la perméabilité aux substances est haute et fortement corrélée avec la perméabilité des biomembranes avec des drogues et qui convient donc à la mesure rapide. La présente invention fournit une membrane comportant un C.sub.7 insaturé - l'hydrocarbure C.sub.9 et un lipide.
