The invention relates to compositions used for aqueous delivery of
self-emulsifying fluorinated alkoxysilanes to substrates to provide oil
and water resistive coatings for the substrates, a method of treating a
substrate to render it oil and water repellent, and articles having
coatings made from the compositions.
