The present invention relates to a complex (tcuPA/suPAR) of the two chain
urokinase plasminogen activator (tcuPA) with the soluble urokinase
plasminogen activator (suPAR), to pharmaceutical compositions comprising
this complex and to different uses of the compositions in the treatment
and/or prevention of thrombotic events, particularly those associated with
the formation of fibrin clots. In the complex (tcuPA/suPAR), the suPAR
stimulates firbrinolytic activity mediated by tcuPA under physiological
conditions. The complex acts preferably on freshly-formed clots and is
specific to such clots.
La présente invention concerne un complexe (tcuPA/suPAR) de l'activateur plasminogen de l'urokinase deux à chaînes (tcuPA) avec l'activateur plasminogen d'urokinase soluble (suPAR), aux compositions pharmaceutiques comportant ce complexe et à différentes utilisations de compositions dans le traitement et/ou la prévention des événements thrombotic, en particulier ceux liés à la formation des caillots de fibrine. Dans le complexe (tcuPA/suPAR), le suPAR stimule l'activité firbrinolytic négociée par tcuPA dans des conditions physiologiques. Le complexe agit de préférence sur les caillots frais-formés et est spécifique à de tels caillots.
