An ink which includes a first pigment, a second pigment, a polymer
dispersant and an aqueous medium; wherein the first pigment is a
self-dispersing pigment having on its surface at least one anionic group
bonded to the surface directly or via an atomic group, the second pigment
is dispersed in the aqueous medium by the polymer dispersant, and the
polymer dispersant contains benzylmethacrylate as a monomer unit.
Diffusion of this ink in the printing medium is suppressed in the
cross-sectional direction but not horizontal direction. Thus, the ink can
form an ink dot that has a proper dot size, uniform and high density in
the dot, with little feathering or blur.
Una tinta que incluye un primer pigmento, un segundo pigmento, un dispersor del polímero y un medio acuoso; en donde el primer pigmento es un pigmento de uno mismo-dispersio'n que tiene en su superficie por lo menos un grupo aniónico enlazado a la superficie directamente o vía un grupo atómico, el segundo pigmento es dispersado en el medio acuoso por el dispersor del polímero, y el dispersor del polímero contiene el benzylmethacrylate como unidad del monomer. La difusión de esta tinta en el medio de impresión se suprime en la dirección seccionada transversalmente pero la dirección no horizontal. Así, la tinta puede formar un punto de la tinta que tenga un tamaño, un uniforme y una alta densidad apropiados del punto en el punto, con poco cambio de paso o falta de definición.
