The present invention relates to modulators of ATP-Binding Cassette
("ABC") transporters or fragments thereof, including Cystic Fibrosis
Transmembrane Conductance Regulator ("CFTR"), compositions thereof, and
methods therewith. The present invention also relates to methods of
treating ABC transporter mediated diseases using such modulators.
