A spine filling device comprises a filling member and a pasty medicine.
The filling member is formed of a holding portion and an injection port,
which are integrally formed by a flexible and permeable wall having a
plurality of pores, each having a diameter smaller than 0.1 mm. The
filling member is contracted before being implanted in a spinal segment
or between two adjacent spinal segments. The pasty medicine is injected
into the holding portion via the injection port, thereby resulting in
expansion of the filling member. The pasty medicine is securely lodge in
the spinal segment or between the two adjacent spinal segments upon
completion of solidification of the pasty medicine.
Un dispositif remplissant d'épine comporte un membre remplissant et une médecine pâteuse. Le membre remplissant est constitué d'une partie se tenante et d'un orifice d'injection, qui sont intègralement constitués par un mur flexible et perméable ayant une pluralité de pores, chacun qui a un diamètre plus petit que 0.1 millimètre. Le membre remplissant est contracté avant d'être implantée dans un segment spinal ou entre deux segments spinaux adjacents. La médecine pâteuse est injectée dans la partie se tenante par l'intermédiaire de l'orifice d'injection, de ce fait ayant pour résultat l'expansion du membre remplissant. La médecine pâteuse est solidement loge dans le segment spinal ou entre les deux segments spinaux adjacents sur l'accomplissement de la solidification de la médecine pâteuse.
