A system for launching, refuelling and recovering in flight an aircraft
(10) such as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) from a larger carrier
aircraft (16) comprising a holder (22) on the carrier aircraft (16) to
which the UAV (10) is detachably connectable and an extendable and
retractable refuelling device (23, 24) on the carrier aircraft (16)
detachably connectable to the UAV (10) whereby to launch the UAV it is
disconnected from the holder (22), the refuelling device (23, 24) is
extended with the UAV connected thereto to cause the UAV to trail behind
the carrier aircraft and the UAV is then disconnected from the refuelling
device.
Sistema para lanzando, reaprovisionando de combustible y recuperándose en vuelo avión (10) por ejemplo sin tripulación aéreo el vehículo (UAV) de grande portador avión (16) abarcando sostenedor (22) en portador avión (16) a las cuales el UAV (10) es detachably conectable y un dispositivo que reaprovisiona de combustible extensible y retractable (23, 24) en el avión del portador (16) detachably conectable al UAV (10) por el que para lanzar el UAV se desconecte del sostenedor (22), el dispositivo que reaprovisiona de combustible (23, 24) se extiende con el UAV conectado además para hacer el UAV arrastrarse detrás del avión del portador y el UAV entonces se desconecta del dispositivo que reaprovisiona de combustible.
