A method of storing signals having a course over time in an implantable
medical device, and/or transmitting the signals out of the device and out
of the patient's body, with the course over time being detected in the
device, particularly at predetermined time intervals with a constant
sampling interval, and a sequence of signal samples being obtained
therefrom, of which a partial quantity is stored and/or transmitted as the
result of a selection made with a predetermined selection criterion, with
the selection criterion being the first derivation of the course over time
of the signals according to time, and with the selection being made such
that the first derivation of the straight-line connection between an nth
and the (n-1)th signal sample is determined and compared to the first
derivation of the straight-line connection between the .[.(n-1)th.].
.Iadd.nth .Iaddend.signal sample and the last-stored and/or
last-transmitted signal sample, and the .[.nth.]. .Iadd.(n-1)th
.Iaddend.signal sample is then stored and/or transmitted as the new last
signal sample exactly when these first derivations differ by more than a
predetermined value.
Een methode om signalen op te slaan die een cursus in tijd in een inplanteerbaar medisch hulpmiddel hebben, en/of de signalen overbrengen uit het apparaat en uit het lichaam van de patiënt, met de cursus in tijd die in het apparaat, in het bijzonder met vooraf bepaalde tijdintervallen wordt ontdekt met een constant bemonsteringsinterval, en een opeenvolging die van signaalsteekproeven, waarvan een gedeeltelijke hoeveelheid wordt opgeslagen en/of als resultaat van een selectie daarvan wordt verkregen overgebracht maakte met een vooraf bepaald selectiecriterium, met het selectiecriterium dat de eerste afleiding van de cursus in tijd van de signalen volgens tijd, en met de selectie is die dusdanig dat de eerste afleiding van wordt gemaakt de signaal steekproef wordt en bepaald vergeleken bij de eerste afleiding van de rechte lijnverbinding tussen [.(n-1)th. ]. Iadd.nth Iaddend.signal steekproef en de laatste-opgeslagen en/of laatste-overgebrachte signaalsteekproef, en [.nth. ]. Iadd.(n-1)th Iaddend.signal wordt de steekproef dan opgeslagen en/of als nieuwe laatste signaalsteekproef precies overgebracht wanneer deze eerste afleidingen door een meer dan vooraf bepaalde waarde verschillen.
