The invention concerns a product comprising at least a NO synthase
inhibiting substance associated with at least a phospholipase A2
inhibiting substance, separately or combined, for simultaneous therapeutic
use, separately or spread over time for treating pathologies in which
nitrogen monoxide and/or phospholipases A2 are involved. The invention
also concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising, an active
principle, at least a NO synthase inhibiting substance and at least a
phospholipase A2 inhibiting substance, and optionally a pharmaceutically
acceptable.
De uitvinding betreft een product bestaand minstens uit een synthase van nr het verbieden substantie verbonden aan minstens een phospholipase A2 het verbieden substantie, afzonderlijk of die, voor gelijktijdig therapeutisch gebruik wordt gecombineerd, afzonderlijk of die in tijd voor het behandelen van pathologie wordt uitgespreid waarbij het stikstofmonoxide en/of phospholipases A2 betrokken zijn. De uitvinding betreft het farmaceutische een samenstelling bestaan uit, een actief principe, minstens een synthase van nr het verbieden substantie en ook minstens een phospholipase A2 het verbieden substantie, en naar keuze farmaceutisch aanvaardbaar.
